‘I have known Connolly’s Red Mills since 1990 and have always seen them as a real innovator and leader. It’s great to be part of such a dynamic business where the attitude is ‘we don’t see problems -only opportunities’. There is a great sense of continuing the 110 years old Connolly tradition yet pushing forward with changes that raise the bar in animal performance’.
When not at work or driving his 3 daughters to swimming, athletics, camogie or scouts, Mike likes to cycle with Marble City Cyclers, the road cycling club that he helped to set up in Kilkenny. He is also to be found at hurling matches supporting his native Galway.
