Lissa Green

The daughter of Olympic event riders Lucinda and David Green, Lissa has been riding from a very young age. After initially keeping horses as her hobby, the love of the sport pulled her back and she worked for various top riders for 2 years before setting up her own yard in 2014. Based in the south west of the UK, Lissa now rides for Australia, her father’s homeland, having changed nationality in 2018. She made her 5* debut at Badminton in 2017 with Malin Head Clover followed up with Hollyfield in 2018.

Stable Star - Hollyfield

A 16yo Swedish Warmblood, Hollyfield was bought cheaply due to having developed a nasty stop at 1* Level. There was an initial teething period, where her mum, Lucinda suggested to sell him as he was “too far gone and a man's ride", a comment that made Lissa determined to get through to him. He steadily transformed into the most talented horse Lissa has ridden, making Badminton 2018 appear a Pony Club course.
